Jaspers-Fayer Property Management is a locally owned property management company. Our clients include twelve residential condominium corporations, one industrial condominium corporation as well as eight rental apartment buildings and a number of stores, factories and single family homes totalling over 450 units. All of the properties are located in Orangeville.
Our services include collection and depositing of all rents and condominium fees to the Owner's bank account. Contracts are arranged for maintenance, repairs and insurance and all invoices are paid from the Owner's bank account. We prepare agendas and minutes of all meetings of the board and owners. We prepare all correspondence required and liase with the corporation's auditor, lawyer and engineer. We are available 24 hours a day to handle any emergency that might occur. We prepare monthly financial statements as well as the annual financial statements for the auditor or for income tax purposes. A complete list of duties is attached.
Kim Jaspers-Fayer is the principal of Jaspers-Fayer Property Management. Kim is a graduate of University of Waterloo (Bachelor of Mathematics - 1979), a Chartered Accountant (1980) and has obtained his Registered Condominium Management designation (2003). Kim started his property management career in 1988. Kim also owns and operates a residential construction company (The Homebuilder Inc.). As a builder and an accountant Kim is uniquely qualified to provide quality property management services.
Kim is actively involved in the community. He is a past president of the Orangeville Kinsmen and has served on the District and National Board of Directors. He was the charter chairman of the Orangeville and District Homebuilders Association. Kim is the past treasurer and construction co-coordinator for Dufferin Caledon Habitat for Humanity, past Treasurer of Credit Meadows School Council and was the president of Orangeville and District Bingo Association for many years.
Kim is married to Audrey and has three children, Ashley, Ryan and Alisha. They have lived in Orangeville since 1984.
